Welcome to My New Working Out Blog
The Importance of the Grind
Everyone should know that working out and participating in physical activities throughout the day is important. But just how important? Well, according to the Better Health Channel, just 30 minutes of physical activity daily can reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and other health deteriorating factors. Working out also increases your lung capacity so it is easier to breathe. Personally, when I work out, I like to keep these things in mind, but I mostly do it because I have fun with it. It is so beneficial and I love seeing results physically and mentally on my body. They say that health is wealth, and I believe that because you only get one body. https://www.betterhealth.vic.gov.au/health/healthyliving/physical-activity-its-important

On the days that I do go to the gym and exert myself into a lift, the better I feel physically and mentally. This includes sleeping and waking up better, feeling more energized and happy, and stronger. Don’t get me wrong, being sore sucks, but the satisfaction of crushing your goals almost cancels that out entirely. When you push your body, it can do amazing things. Working out is important especially if you’re an athlete, you cannot compete with your competition if you’re not in good shape. And if you push yourself to work out harder than your competition, nine times out of ten, hard work beats talent. I have seen this for myself, all great athletes spend a lot of time working out and trying to push themselves to get better. Even if you have a bad game, you will still do better than someone who does nothing for their body. For me, lifting weights is a confidence booster and makes me feel better. If I am having a bad day, there is nothing better than going into the gym and lifting hard to some hype music.
